Reservations are now open for our October 2026 Home Dining Experience.

Where Heritage Meets Omakase

Christmas Begins Around the Table

Join our Christmas Cooking and Baking workshops and discover festive recipes and bakes to share with family and friends this Christmas.

A home dining experience in Changi, Singapore, where heritage is shared around the table through food, conversation and tradition.

Come, let's share a table.

The Heart of the Table

Food has a wonderful way of connecting people.

Some of my happiest memories were made around the dining table with family and friends.

Meals were never simply about the food. They were about welcoming people, sharing stories, enjoying one another's company and making sure every guest left feeling well fed and cared for.

Growing up in a Peranakan family, I came to realise that hospitality is expressed as much through generosity as it is through cooking.

Today, when I welcome guests into my home, it is my hope that they experience a little of that same warmth.

Around Our Home...

Around our home, traditions are shared in different ways.

Whether around the dining table, in the kitchen or one bead at a time, each experience is an invitation to discover the traditions and hospitality that have always been part of our home.

Around our Table

An evening of Peranakan hospitality.

Each dinner follows an omakase-style approach, with the menu thoughtfully curated around Peranakan classics, dishes I'd most love to share, and recipes that reflect the traditions of our home.

More than a meal, it's an opportunity to enjoy good food, meaningful conversation and an evening around our table.

At the Baking Table

There's something special about baking and sharing something made by hand.

From traditional Peranakan favourites like Kueh Seri Muka, Kueh Bingka, Ang Ku Kueh to well-beloved cakes like carrot cake, lemon drizzle cake, cookies and freshly baked breads, each session offers a relaxed opportunity to learn, bake and enjoy the experience together.

With only a small number of participants, you'll have plenty of time to learn, ask questions and discover practical techniques that you can confidently recreate in your own kitchen.

Join me at the Baking Table

I'd be delighted to hear from you if you'd like to learn more or explore the baking experiences currently available.

In the Kitchen

Learn to cook like a Peranakan.

Discover the techniques, flavours and traditions behind Peranakan cooking as we prepare some of the dishes that have been enjoyed in our home over the years.

Classes are intentionally kept small, creating a relaxed and personal environment  where there's time to ask questions, learn at your own pace and enjoy the experience together.

Whether you're an experienced cook or simply curious, the class is designed to be relaxed and unhurried, with plenty of opportunity to learn and leave feeling inspired to recreate a little of Peranakan cooking in your own kitchen.
